In this connection, we have prepared a short guide on how to build a logically structured MBA curriculum that focuses on the formulation of the company’s business and production strategy. The specific wording can then be focused on other partial company strategies, such as marketing strategy or IS / IT strategy, according to the current needs and requirements of the company or business entity for which the MBA work is being processed. besides this, MBA work can also focus on corporate culture issues or other areas that are important to corporate governance.
The syllabus of the thesis should be logical and follow-up and it should contain solutions of topics in sequence from general formulations and concepts to solving specific problems, eventually practical application of concrete problem solving, etc.
